حذر الرئيس الأميركي والوكالة الفدرالية الأميركية لإدارة الطوارئ من آثار كارثية سيخلفها الإعصار آيدا الذي وصل شواطئ لوزيانا بوصفه إعصارا من الفئة الرابعة، وذلك في الذكرى الـ16 للإعصار كاترينا المدمر.
The US President and the US Federal Emergency Management Agency warned of the catastrophic effects of Hurricane Ida, which reached the shores of Louisiana as a Category 4 hurricane, on the 16th anniversary of the devastating Hurricane Katrina.
