The first settlers on Mars could pay for their journey upon arrival, with their fatigue. It is the (dystopian) interplanetary society envisioned by SpaceX's Elon Musk.

Tralasciando gli ostacoli tecnici dei viaggi interplanetari e il problema non trascurabile di come tenerci in vita su Marte, restano alcune questioni importanti su come organizzare le future colonie umane sul Pianeta Rosso. In che modo sarà suddiviso il lavoro? Con quale moneta si pagherà? Trasferiremo laggiù gli stessi modelli politici e sociali che abbiamo creato sulla Terra?

Leaving aside the technical obstacles of interplanetary travel and the non-negligible problem of how to keep us alive on Mars, some important questions remain on how to organize future human colonies on the Red Planet. How will the work be divided? What currency will you pay with? Will we transfer the same political and social models that we have created on Earth there?
