يسود جدل كبير في فرنسا هذه الأيام بخصوص مشروعي قانونين: أحدهما حول "الأمن الشامل"، الذي يقوي عضد الأجهزة الأمنية ويحميها من المراقبة، والثاني ضد "التطرف الإسلامي"، ويهدف -حسب باريس- إلى محاربة الإرهاب المهدد لاستقرار البلاد.
