21h35 - Nova Iorque reimpõe fecho de restaurantes e bares às 22h00

O governador de Nova Iorque, Andrew Cuomo, anunciou hoje um reforço nas medidas de restrição para travar a propagação da Covid-19 no Estado e ordenou o encerramento dos restaurantes, bares e ginásios às 22h00 locais.

9:35 pm - New York City closes restaurants and bars at 10:00 pm

 The governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, announced today a reinforcement of the restriction measures to halt the spread of Covid-19 in the state and ordered the closure of restaurants, bars and gyms at 10 pm local time.

Cuomo, salientando que as novas restrições entram em vigor sexta-feira, adiantou também que serão impedidas festas privadas com mais de 10 pessoas e que as medidas são necessárias porque uma boa parte dos contágios pelo novo coronavírus ocorre a partir daqueles setores de atividade.

Cuomo, noting that the new restrictions will take effect Friday, added that private parties with more than 10 people will be prevented and that the measures are necessary because a good part of the contagions caused by the new coronavirus occur from those sectors of activity.
