La préfecture a annoncé le retrait de l’Etat de ce projet censé redynamiser un territoire sinistré. Elus locaux et citoyens abasourdis devaient se rassembler, mardi 3 août, en signe de protestation.
The prefecture announced the withdrawal of the State from this project supposed to revitalize a disaster area. Local elected officials and stunned citizens were to gather on Tuesday, August 3, in protest.
